Business and Ecology
Consulting aims to
make it easy for you to buy from us. For our Federal customers, we
have applied for the consolidated GSA 00 CORP Multiple Award
Schedule (MAS). This Schedule includes our environmental and
business services in a single contract vehicle, and will make
it easy for you to access all of our offerings. Until the award
is made, we still have the SDVOB
advantage: Federal contracting officers are authorized to award
service contracts $3M ON A SET-ASIDE
BASIS PER YEAR or manufacturing contracts worth up
to $5M.
A recent GAO
decision supports provisions in Federal
Law and Federal Regulations (13 CFR
125.19, and FAR section 19.1405(a), (b) that
allow contracts over the micro-purchase threshold to
be issued SOLE
SOURCE to qualified SDVOBs.

Business and Ecology
Consulting
is proud to
announce that it was selected to provide Environmental
Science support to the California Department of Parks and
Recreation's Southern Service Center, under the "Resources for
Professional Services for Various Projects Located in the California
State Park System", Master Services
Agreement C07E0020. This Agreement became effective in
April 2008 and runs through March 2009.
Business and Ecology
Consulting can help other
California state, county, and local governments and other
contractors meet their 3 percent minimum DVBE
participation goals and "good faith
efforts" with the highest quality,
state-of-the-art services available.
Senate
Bill 115 became effective January 1, 2006, extending positive
incentives to prime contractors bidding on State of California
contracts. Prime contractors now have incentives
worth up to $100,000 for using for retaining certified
California DVBEs. That means YOUR winning bid can be 10 percent
higher than your competitors who are not teamed with a DVBE, and you
will STILL WIN! |
