Business and Ecology
Consulting was
founded in 2003, and
is owned by Mr. Bruce H. Campbell in partnership with Anne Fege,
Ph.D., MBA. Mr.Campbell
has over 22
years experience in U.S.Navy medicine and is an expert
in public health, workplace
regulations, project planning, employee training, and
several quality management methods. After leaving the Navy, Mr.
Campbell joined a small defense consulting firm for seven years
as a Program Manager. He led teams that developed and implemented
voice activated
medical devices, and that developed enterprise software for various
business support processes.
He holds a Masters’ in Business Administration from San Diego
State University, as well as certificates in Project Management and
Baldrige assessment.

by Dr. Anne Fege. Dr. Fege is a leader and
strategic planner who brings people together to work on
common goals, a program manager who sets and meets expectations,
and an educator who encourages people to value learning. Dr. Fege’s thirty
years of accomplishments in natural resources management encompass
wildland fire preparedness and recovery, biodiversity and habitat
conservation, recreation and wildland-urban interface issues,
wilderness management, energy forestry, and scientific research. A
